Speakers On Edge Affiliate Program
    Terms and Conditions

    Welcome to the Speakers On Edge Affiliate Program!

    These terms and conditions outline the agreement between you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) and LuvnOurLife Foundation, a non-governmental humanitarian organization in Australia (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), regarding your participation in the affiliate program for Speakers On Edge, a show featured on Amazon, Roku, Google TV and various digital platforms.

    By registering as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should not participate in this program.

     

    1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program

    1.1. To enroll in the Speakers On Edge Affiliate Program, you must complete the affiliate application on our website.
    1.2. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.
    1.3. Once approved, you will receive a unique affiliate link to track your referrals.
    1.4. You are responsible for ensuring that your account information is accurate and up to date.

     

    2. Affiliate Commissions & Payout 

     

    Structure

    2.1. Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a minimum of 10% commission on each successful referral that results in a paid booking for Speakers On Edge.
    2.2. Eligible Sales: Commissions apply only to completed and fully paid transactions; refunds or chargebacks will not qualify.
    2.3. Payout Frequency: Commissions are paid once a minimum of $100 USD is reached in earnings.
    2.4. Payment Methods: Payouts will be processed via Wise.com (formerly TransferWise) to any bank account worldwide.
    2.5. Transaction Fees: Any transfer fees charged by Wise.com will be deducted from the total payout amount during the transaction.
    2.6. Payout Schedule: Payments are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month, provided the affiliate has met the $100 payout threshold.
    2.7. Tax Responsibility: Affiliates are responsible for any tax obligations in their respective countries.

     

    3. Affiliate Responsibilities & 

     

    Compliance

    3.1. Affiliates must promote Speakers On Edge ethically and legally, following all applicable Australian laws and international advertising regulations.
    3.2. Affiliates may not:

    • Misrepresent the program or make false claims.
    • Engage in spam marketing, including unsolicited emails or misleading tactics.
    • Bid on Speakers On Edge brand terms in paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
    • Use unauthorized marketing practices, such as trademark infringement or deceptive promotions.
      3.3. Affiliates must disclose their relationship with Speakers On Edge in compliance with advertising and consumer protection laws (e.g., “This post contains an affiliate link.”).
      3.4. Any violations may result in termination from the affiliate program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

     

    4. Promotional Materials & Brand 

     

    Guidelines

    4.1. Affiliates will have access to official marketing materials, including social media graphics, banners, videos, and ad copy.
    4.2. Affiliates may not alter official branding, logos, or content in a way that misrepresents Speakers On Edge.
    4.3. If creating their own promotional materials, affiliates must submit content for approval before distribution.

     

    5. Termination & Suspension of 

     

    Affiliate Accounts

    5.1. We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at our discretion for violations of these terms, unethical behavior, or fraudulent activity.
    5.2. If an affiliate is found engaging in fraud or misrepresentation, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
    5.3. Affiliates may voluntarily terminate their participation at any time by notifying us in writing.

     

    6. Limitation of Liability

    6.1. Speakers On Edge and LuvnOurLife Foundation are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
    6.2. We do not guarantee specific earnings, as your success depends on your own marketing efforts.

     

    7. Governing Law

    7.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes shall be resolved in Australian courts.

    8. Changes to the Affiliate Program

    8.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the program at any time, with or without notice.
    8.2. Continued participation after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
